Mr Masauko Timothy Msungama is a legal professional with extensive and diverse experience in legal matters with both local and international clients. He has specialised knowledge in labour and employment law, and has rendered advice to clients on a wide range of legal and corporate matters. Prior to joining M/s Beal, Dalken & Associates as a Managing Partner, he worked with the Malawi Judiciary, M/s Savjani & Co, Blantyre City Council and Indefund Limited

Mr Msungama holds Master of Laws (LL.M)(Commercial Law) , Bachelor of Laws Honours (LL.B Hons) from University of Malawi, Chancellor College. He is the current Acting Chairman for Bata Shoe Company Limited and a Director for Malawi Reinsurance Company Limited (MalawiRe). He served as Chairman for Ecobank Malawi Limited for 9 years up to June 2017, as well as board member for Old Mutual Malawi Limited and Malswitch Malawi Limited .
